Our workshops
In a world that often asks us to do more and feel less, The Real Hue workshops offer a gentle pause — a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Rooted in the belief that creativity supports emotional wellbeing, our sessions combine art-making with mindful exploration to help participants express themselves, process emotions, and build confidence.
Whether in schools, community spaces, or private settings, each workshop is carefully designed to meet people where they’re at — offering meaningful, engaging experiences that stay with them long after the session ends.
Schools
Workshops for schools are available for primary, secondary and college-age students, and are designed to support wellbeing, creativity and self-expression across a range of themes. You can choose from a selection of session types, each with different aims — from emotional exploration through art to confidence-building and collaborative creativity.
Sessions can run as half days, full days, or full weeks depending on your needs. I can work within classrooms or dedicated spaces, and all materials are provided.
All materials are included.
Prices depend on varying factors.

Community
These workshops are ideal for youth clubs, libraries, charities, or local organisations looking to support creativity and wellbeing in their communities.
Sessions can run between 1–3 hours and are priced per head, with costs adjusted depending on group size and activity. If the workshop is organised by a group or organisation, a venue will need to be supplied. If I am hosting the session independently, a venue will be provided.
All materials are included.
Workshops can be adapted for adults.

Optional keepsakes such as stickers, tote bags, or zines can be added for an extra cost.
